Visitor Policy
This Visitor Policy sets out our current visiting guidance.
Thankfully, our visiting restrictions have resumed normality since COVID-19 and no longer require visits to be booked in advance.
We encourage you to visit at any time, however, we do ask visitors not to visit between the hours 12 noon - 1.30pm, unless absoloute necessary, as this is our busy lunch period.
We encourage you to bring well behaved animals into the home when visiting your loved one.
Ability to suspend visiting
In the event of any suspected or actual outbreak of COVID-19 or Influenza or a suspected or known case of COVID-19 or Influenza within a home, visitor restrictions may need to be immediately suspended. This would be implemented in a transparent manner with open and clear communication to residents and relevant family members.
