Our fees are payable calendar monthly in advance. Our preferred method of payment is by ‘standing order’, but we also accept payment by cheque or cash.
Fees include the cost of care with accommodation, food and beverages, light and heat, and personal laundry undertaken on the premises.
Our fees do not include the cost of newspapers or magazines, toiletries, hairdressing or dry cleaning.
Private treatment by a dentist, optician or chiropodist must be paid for by the resident, although we will gladly arrange, where possible, for any National Health Service treatment you may require.
Escorts by members of staff can be provided for hospital and other appointments at reasonable rates.
Fees for periods of less than one week will be calculated at a daily rate of 1/7th of the weekly fee. Each part of the day that a resident spends in the home will be calculated as a whole day.
Our fees are generally reviewed annually, but we reserve the right to review our fees should a resident require an increased level of care. Any change in fees is subject to a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
