Up and Coming Weekly Activies

Monday 3.30pm

Come and have a chat in the lounge over a cup of tea.

Tuesday 2pm

Start with some gentle exercises then listen to some music of your choice with a glass of wine – Jazz, Big Band, Classical or popular and finish off with a sing-a-long and dance to the good old songs.

Wednesday 2pm

Come and play cards or Scrabble

Thursday 2pm

We are starting to do some crafts. Card making, knitting, embroidery or even the mending.

Linda is here all day so come and have your hair done.

Friday 2pm

Come and enjoy a film or a quiz.
