Start with some gentle exercises then listen to music of your choice with a glass of wine – Jazz, Big Band, Classical or popular and finish off with a sing-a-long and dance to the good old songs.
Wednesday 2pm
Come and play cards or Scrabble
Thursday 2pm
We are starting to do some crafts. Card making, knitting, embroidery or even the mending.
Linda is here so come and have your hair done.
Friday 2pm
Come and enjoy a film or a quiz.
